Originally from Hackettstown, NJ, Kerri graduated from the University of Delaware with dual majors in Marketing and Management. She began her real estate career in Atlanta, GA, but soon realized that Delaware was “home”. Upon her arrival back up North, Kerri took a position selling new construction and was quickly recruited by Keller Williams Realty. Kerri has been honored numerous times by Five Star Professional with the “Five Star Real Estate Agent Award”. This prestigious customer satisfaction award recognizes the top 7% of licensed real estate agents in 45 markets across the U.S. for achieving their very stringent performance requirements.

Kerri holds real estate licenses in Delaware and Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Kerri enjoys time with friends and family (especially husband and sons, Jason, Jackson, and Wyatt), running with her faithful canine companion, Lou, playing tennis and traveling.

Throughout Beth’s career, she has received commendations for her involvement with various Delaware schools, community, and business groups. Most recently she was honored by the Five Star Professional organization with a “Five Star Real Estate Agent Award”. This prestigious customer satisfaction award recognizes only the top 7% of licensed real estate agents in 45 markets across the U.S. who meet their stringent performance requirements. Outside of her professional life, Beth is an avid supporter and director of All Riders Up Therapeutic Riding in Garnet Valley, PA. In her spare time, Beth and husband, Bill, enjoy their five grandchildren and riding their faithful companions Charm, Rocky, and Sassy.

Beth is a graduate of Temple University and holds real estate licenses in Delaware and Pennsylvania. She has received the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation making her uniquely qualified to meet the needs of clients age 50 and up.
